| 摘 要： | 目的 对比观察时辰化疗与常规化疗方法在肿瘤患者中的不良反应程度。方法 对108例肿瘤病人化疗后的不良反应进行程度评定。结果 时辰化疗所致不良反应远低于常规化疗方法。结论 时辰化疗可达到选择对癌细胞杀伤力强而正常组织毒性最小的时间给药的目的，临床疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the adverse reactions of routine chemotherapy and Chemotherapy according circadian rhythm. Methods We evaluated the adverse reactions of 108 cases of tumor patients after chemotherapy. Results The adverse reactions of chemotherapy according circadian rhythm were lower than that of routine chemotherapy. Conclusions Choosing proper time to kill more tumor cell with less poison to normal tissue, this is the advantage of chemotherapy according circadian rhythm. |
