HPLC法测定茴三硫片中茴三硫的含量

目的建立测定茴三硫片中茴三硫含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以C18为色谱柱，甲醇-水（体积比80：20）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为348nm。结果茴三硫在10．5—50．24mg·L^-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9998。茴三硫加样回收率分别为99．2％（n=5，RSD=0．49％）。结论本法操作简便，灵敏度高，重复性好，测定结果准确，可用于茴三硫的质量控制。

Determination of anethole trithionein in anethole trithione tablets by HPLC

Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of anethole trithione in anethole trithione tablets.Method The chromatography column is C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with a mobile phase consisting of methanol-water(80∶20).The flow-rate is 1.0 ml·min-1.The UV detection wavelength is set at 348 nm.Results The linear range of anethole trithione is 10.5~50.24 mg·L-1,r=0.999 8(n=5).The average recovery was 99.8%,with an RSD of 0.51%.Conclusion The method was proved to be simple,rapid and accurate for the quality control of an ethole trithione tablets.
