全景拼接软件在脊柱及下肢畸形患者矫形手术中的应用研究

目的：采用全景拼接软件对脊柱和下肢畸形患者数字化X线摄影（DR）进行拼接，对其临床应用价值进行探讨。方法回顾性分析我院自2013年5月至2013年10间收治的14例脊柱以及下肢畸形患者的病例。对患者进行常规的DR摄影，采用北京新网科技拼图软件工作站对图像进行拼接，获得患者的全景图像。结果经软件处理后，采用2~3张DR图就可以拼接出完整、清晰和连续的图像。结论全景拼接软件得到的全景图能有效满足脊柱和下肢畸形患者临床诊断需要，值得临床推广。

The application of panoramic stitching imaging technology on spine and lower extremity patients

Objective To use panoramic stitching imaging technology to treat the photography of conventional spine and lower limbs DR, and investigate the clinical values. Methods Fourteen cases with spine and lower limbs in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The panoramic stitching imaging tech-nology was used to stitch the DR and get the panoramic photo. Results The clear, continuous, complete and quali-fied panoramic photos could be got afer software processing. Conclusion The panoramic photo from stitching imag-ing technology has popularizing and applying value for osteoarticular system, and can provide more valuable informa-tion for clinical application.
