| 摘 要： | 目的：总结颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤的诊治要点。方法：回顾分析颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤96例的临床资料。结果：5例因严重颅脑损伤救治无效死亡，78例治愈，13例咬（牙合）紊乱(轻度)。结论：口腔颌面部骨折并发颅脑损伤，应首先救治颅脑损伤，待病情平稳后，及早处理颌面部骨折，减少创伤致残和陈旧性骨折的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the treatment method for oral and maxillofacial fractures with craniofacial trauma.Method: The clinical date of 96 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Result:5 patients died of complications of brain trauma,78 cases were cured,13 cases had mild occlusal disharmony.Conclusion:Brain trauma should be treated firstly,and maxillofacial fracture should be treated as soon as possible to avoid severe complications. |
