一次性负压引流瓶在乳腺癌根治术后低负压吸引中的应用

目的：观察一次性负压引流瓶在乳腺癌根治术后低负压吸引中的临床应用效果。方法：对50例采用一次性负压引流瓶双管引流的乳腺癌根治术病人（实验组）与2007年前采用创面放置两条引流管接驳Y型管后连接电动负压吸引机进行间隙引流的50例乳腺癌根治术病人（对照组）进行分组对比。结果：对照组出现皮下积液9例（18%）,皮瓣坏死8例（16%）,病人术后3d内活动受限,护理工作强度大,实验组出现皮下积液2例（4%）,皮瓣坏死2例（4%）,病人术后12~24h可下床活动,降低了护理工作强度。两组在皮下积液、皮瓣坏死、病人舒适度、护理工作强度等方面有明显差异,P〈0.05。结论：一次性负压引流瓶应用于乳腺癌根治术后创面的引流,减少了皮下积液及皮瓣坏死率,缩短了住院时间,并提高了病人的舒适度,同时,减少每次护理时数,提高了护理工作效率,收到良好效果。

Application of Vacuum Aspiration with Single Use Negative Pressure rainage Bottle in Patients with Breast Cancer Radical Mastectomy

Objective： To observe the effect of application of vacuum aspiration with single use negative pressure drainage bottle in patients with breast cancer radical mastectomy.Method： The test group,50 cases,were treated with lasting vacuum aspiration by two tubular drainage connected with single use negative pressure drainage bottle.The control group,50 cases,were treated with intermittent aspiration by two tubular drainage connected with Y shape tube and electric negative pressure drainage device.Result： 9 cases（18%） occurred hypodermic hydrops and 8 cases（16%） occurred skin flap necrosis in the control group,and patients in this group were difficult in moving about for 3d after operation,needed more nursing than in test group.On the other hand,2 cases（4%） occurred hypodermic hydrops and 2 cases（4%） occurred skin flap necrosis in the test group,and patients could move about in 12~24hours after operation,needed less nursing.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Vacuum aspiration with single use negative pressure drainage bottle in patients with breast cancer radical mastectomy can decrease hypodermic hydrops and skin flap necrosis,shorten hospital stay,make patient more comfortable.While,hours for each nursing can reduce,the efficiency of nursing care will improve significiantly.
