133例妊娠期糖尿病临床分析

目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕中期筛查范围及其临床意义。方法:2005年1月～2006年4月住院分娩的133例血糖异常孕妇,根据有无高危因素分为高危组和低危组,对比两组间妊娠结局。结果:133例中GDM73例、GIGT60例,其中高危组51例,饮食控制112例,胰岛素加饮食控制21例,高危组GDM、巨大儿、新生儿低血糖、早产率高于普通组,GIGT发生率低于低危组,差异有显著性,两者胎膜早破、妊娠期高血压疾病发生率差异无显著性。结论:孕中期广泛筛查,做好孕期管理,可有效改善新生儿预后。

Clinical analysis of 133 cases of gestational diabetes

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of detective group by strictly eliting control in preventing the maternal and neonatal complications in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:Retrospectively analysed 133 cases with abnormal blood glucoe level in pregnancy.They were divided into high risk group and low risk group according to having the high risk or not to compare pregnancy outcome between two groups.Results:Among 133 cases,73 cases were diagnosed GDM,others were GIGT.112 cases of pregnant women were controlled by dietary treatment.Other 21 cases by combining injecting insulin and dieatary treatment.There were differences in the mortality of GDM,low glucose level of new-born,preterm delivery between two groups:while premature rupture of membrane and PIH of 51 cases of women in high risk group were no different from those in low risk group.Conclusion:There are important role of detection in mid-gestation and strict diet control in decreasing the maternal complications and improving the perinatal prognosis.
