慢性丙型肝炎患者HCV不同功能区抗体的随访研究

摘    要:目的 探讨慢性丙型肝炎患者不同功能区抗体的免疫应答。方法 利用基因重组克隆表达丙型肝炎病毒HCV c、NS3、NS4、NS5和HVR1抗原 ,分别包被酶联板 ,以间接ELISA法检测 1991~ 2 0 0 2年采集的 5 8名丙型肝炎患者的 14 4份血清不同功能区抗 HCV。结果 其中 5 0名 (86 .2 0 % )慢性丙型肝炎患者血清 5种相应抗 HCV呈持续阳性。结论 慢性丙型肝炎患者体内HCV c、NS3、NS4、、NS5和HVR1抗体无明显变化 ,未发现这 5种抗体与自愈的关系。

Abstract:Objective To detect humoral immune response against different function regions of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in chronic hepatitis C patients. Methods Using recombinant dominate epitope antigens, e.g. HCV Core, NS3, NS4, NS5 and chimeric HVR1, a set of ELISA test reagents was formulated. One hundred and forty-four serial sera from 58 chronic hepatitis C patients, collected between 1991 and 2002, were tested for antibodies against HCV different regions by ELISA. Results Eighty (86.20%) patients were persistently positive for antibodies against all 5 functional regions of HCV virus. Conclusions Antibodies against HCV Core, NS3, NS4, NS5 and HVR1 have little change in chronic hepatitis C patients. There is no relationship between the 5 antibodies and self remission of HCV infection.
