| 摘 要： | 本文总结了军队离退休干部“双高期”（高龄和高发病期）特殊的心理特点：被尊重的需求强烈、更为敏感、失落感严重，指出其主要影响因素为角色和社会环境、人际关系和负性事件以及疾病的影响等，并提出了做好离退休干部心理保健工作的对策。

| Abstract: | We summarized the psychological characteristics of retired servicemen during the "double-high" period(elderly and peak period of disease).Their special psychological characteristics included overpowering need for respect,greater sensitivity and increasing sense of loss.And its major related factors included social roles and environment,interpersonal relationship,negative affairs and diseases.And the countermeasures to promote the psychological care for these veterans were suggested. |
