孕妇后期血清生化分析

目的探测孕妇后期血清值的变化,用于孕后期妇女病情详估,产后处理和围产儿预后的预测。方法化学发光免疫分析,全自动生化分析仪分析。结果正常孕后期妇女uE3水平随孕周增高而增高,40周达高峰;酶系中除ALP升高外,其他酶略升高或降低。ICP组酶系分析中,除HBDH外,其他酶呈轻,中度升高与正常孕后期各组比较,有显著差异,P<0.05,此外,uE3的水平与正常孕妇后期组比较,无差异。结论正常孕后期妇女每周或间周测量酶和uE3水平,可提高围产期母儿的预后;而ICP患者除了酶系测定外,应及时检测TBA和CG,因为上述二项试验是早期诊断ICP最敏感的方法之一,对判断病情严重程度和及时监护,处理均有参考价值。

Study of biochemical ingredients in the trimester

Objective: To investigate the changes of biochemical ingredients,it were used with disease prediction ,postnatal management and perinatal prognosis. Methods: It were measured with Access and auto biochemical analyzer. Results: The uE3 level of normal subsequent maternal was increased when pregnancy weeks increased, it reached the highest in 40 weeks. Enzymes is not change except ALP. Enzymes of ICP group is higher than in the trimester except HBDH ,P<0.05. The uE3 level of patients of ICP is as high as in the trimester. Conclusion: Enzymes and uE3 were measured in week or second weeks in the trimester, it is valued for perinatal prognosis TBA and CG were determined in the ICP patients except enzymes ,it is one of the most sensitive method for ICP ,because it is valued to judge severe degree of disease,management and monitoring.
