| 摘 要： | 目的:建立了折光法测定甘露醇的含量.方法:直接用折光仪测得折光率代入公式计算.结果:甘露醇的平均回收率为99.97%,RSD为0.004%.结论:本方法简单、快速、结果准确可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective:This paper establishes a refraction for the determination of Mannitol Injection.Methods:De- tennines with the refractometer,the result can be evaluated by substituting refractivity of the formula.Results:The aver- age recovery of Mannitol Injection was 99.97% with RSD of 0.004%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and the result is accurate and reliable. |
