| 摘 要： | 目的 观察HCPT＋DDP＋5-Fu方案治疗晚期食管癌的疗效。方法 本组晚期食管癌38例。HCPT6～8mg／m^2，d1～5，DDP60～80mg／m^2，d1，5-Fu0．6g／m^2，d1=5；21天或28天为1周期，每例至少完成3周期。结果 38例中无一例CR，18例PR，9例SD，11例PD，有效率47．3％。结论 HCPT＋DDP＋5-Fu方案治疗晚期食管癌有效，毒副反应能耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the result of combination of HCPT,5-Fu and DDP in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods 38 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were enrolled in this study.HCPT 6-8 mg/m~2 from the 1st to 5th day,DDP 60-80 mg/m~2 on the 1st day,and 5-Fu 0.6 g/m~2 from the 1st to 5th day were given venous instillation.Every 21 days or 28 days was one cycle.Every patient was treated for three cycles at least.Results There were 0 CR,18 PR,9 SD,11 PD in the 38 patients.The response rate(CR PR) was 47.3%.Conclusions The treatment of advanced esophageal cancer with HCPT,DDP and 5-Fu was efficient and the toxicity could be tolerable. |
