超声检查在门急诊中的应用价值

目的：探讨超声检查在门急诊中的应用价值。方法：采用ALOKA-3500诊断仪，对腹部检查作常规检查，泌尿系，妇科检查需要膀耽充盈后作常规检查，对未婚女性可经腹或经直肠检查。结果：146例门急诊患者中，经手术或抗炎治疗，体外震波碍石，膀胱镜取石术均已临床确诊，其中超声诊断135例，占92．5％，漏诊11例，占7．5％。漏诊11例经过X线，CT，临床生化，心动图分别给予确诊。结论：超声检查在门急诊中方便快捷，简单实用，能为临床医师及时准确的提供丰富影像学资料，现已成为首选检查之一。

Applicable Value and Understanding of the Ultrasound in Outpatient and Emergency Diagnose

Objective：To explore the ultrasound＇s applicable value in outpatient and emergency diagnose. Methods： Adopt ALOKA -3500 diagnostic to check the routine examination of the abdomen examination, while routine examination on Urinary System, gynecological examination） should be after bladder filling. For unmarried female, examination can be through abdominal or rectal examination. Results ：146 cases of patients in outpatient and emergency diagnose, it has been clinically diagnosed by surgery or anti -inflammatory treatment, ESWL, and lithotriptoscopy. Among which, 135 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound, about 92.5%, 11 cases missed, about 7. 5%. The 11 missing cases have been respectively diagnosed via X -ray, CT, blood biochemistry, and cardiogram. Conclusions：Ultrasound examination is the convenient, simple and practical method in outpatient and emergency diagnose. It can promptly and accurately provide clinicians with rich imaging data Now it has become one of the first examination methods.
