中上段食管癌根治术后并发乳糜胸的诊断和治疗

目的：总结食管癌根治术后并发乳糜胸的诊断和治疗的经验，提高对术后乳糜胸的诊治和防治认识。方法：回顾10例中上段食管癌根治术后并发乳糜胸的手术过程和胸引量等相关指标，采取相应的治疗方法．结果：5例行隔上低位胸导管大块结扎，5里例保守治疗，10例均治愈。结论：乳糜胸的引流量大于1000／d，无减少趋势，应行隔上低位胸导管大块结扎，引流量小于800／d，有减少趋势，可选保守治疗，
