| 摘 要： | 支气管哮喘是儿童常见的慢性病之一，近年来其患病率和死亡率在世界各国均出现明显上升趋势。本文介绍了中国和其他几个国家儿童支气管哮喘的流行概况，讨论了发病机制和主要的危险因素，尤其是环境因素在儿童支气管哮喘发生发展中的作用。

| Abstract: | Bronchial asthma is a common chronic disease in children. In recent years, its prevalence rate and mortality have evidently increased in the world. In this review, the general epidemiological information in China and other countries was introduced, and the pathogenesis and major risk factors of bronchial asthma in children were discussed, especially in the aspects of the role of environmental factors in the development of asthma in children. |
