| 摘 要： | 目的优选淫羊藿总黄酮的最佳分离、纯化工艺。方法以淫羊藿总黄酮含量、淫羊藿苷含量和出膏率为考察指标,采用AB-8大孔吸附树脂吸附、乙酸乙酯萃取和酸碱沉淀3种方法对分离纯化工艺进行比较。结果 3种分离纯化方法中以AB-8大孔吸附树脂吸附法最理想,提取物中淫羊藿总黄酮的相对百分含量为80.35%,淫羊藿苷的相对百分含量为46.24%,出膏率为5.23%（n=3）。结论优选的最佳分离、纯化工艺稳定可靠、简便易行,适合于工业化生产。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the best separation and purification technolog y of total flavonoid from Herba Epimedii.Methods The contents of total flavonoid and icariin and the paste-forming rate were selected as determination standard respectively.Three methods as AB-8 macroporous absorption resins,ethyl acetate extraction and acid alkali precipitation were compared to determine the most efficient one.Results Among 3 kinds of separation and purification methods,AB-8 m acroporous absorption resins was the most efficient and the content of total fla vonoid was 80.35%,the content of icariin was 46.24%in the extracts of Herba Ep imedii,the paste-forming rate was 5.23%（n=3）.Conclusion The best separation an d purification process is stable,reliable,easy to be operated and suitable for industrialized production. |
