某院2018年特殊使用级抗菌药物临床使用情况分析

目的分析某院2018年特殊使用级抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床特殊使用级抗菌药物的合理使用提供参考依据。方法从医院HIS系统收集2018年1~12月应用特殊使用级抗菌药物的患者信息,对应用抗菌药物的患者年龄、科室分布、抗菌药物品种、疾病分布,以及特殊使用级抗菌药物的累积DDD数、使用强度、病原学情况等方面进行统计分析。结果2018年某院共使用了6大类14个品种的特殊使用级抗菌药物,使用人数达718例次,其中男性多于女性,年龄分布从出生20分钟到96岁。使用人次最多的科室为:肾病内科。使用特殊使用级抗菌药物的疾病分布最多的是严重肺部感染,占36.91%。使用强度最大的抗菌药物为亚胺培南/西司他丁,累积消耗量达3382.50 DDDs。病原学检出最多的是大肠埃希菌。特殊使用级抗菌药物使用前病原学送检率各月均大于80%。结论特殊使用级抗菌药物具有其自身特点,临床使用时要掌握其规律,合理使用。

Analysis of the use of special-use antibiotics of 2018 in a hospital

Objective To analyze the application of special-use antibacterial drugs in a hospital in 2018,and provide reference for the rational use of clinical special-use antibacterial drugs.Methods The patient's information from the January to December 2018 application of special-use antibacterial drugs was collected from the hospital's HIS system.The age,department distribution,antibacterial drug variety,disease distribution,and cumulative DDD of special-use antibiotics were applied to the antibacterial drugs.Statistical analysis was performed on the number,intensity of use,and etiology.Results In 2018,a total of 14 varieties of special-use antibacterial drugs were used in a total of 718 cases,including more males than females.The age distribution ranged from 20 minutes to 96 years.The department with the most people used is:Nephrology.The distribution of diseases using special-use antibacterial drugs is mainly severe pulmonary infection,abdominal infection,and the like.The most intensive antibacterial drug was imipenem cilastatin,and Escherichia coli was the most pathogenic.The rate of pathogens sent to each month was greater than 80%.Conclusion The special-use antibacterial drugs have their own characteristics,and they must be mastered and used reasonably during clinical use.
