骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗小儿脑瘫的临床安全性研究

【目的】探讨人骨髓间充质干细胞临床治疗小儿脑瘫的安全性。【方法】用人骨髓间充质干细胞蛛网膜下腔注射治疗31例脑瘫患儿,比较治疗前、治疗后6、12个月患儿的血常规（白细胞数、中性粒细胞数、红细胞数、血红蛋白、血小板数）、肝肾功能（白蛋白、总胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐）、电解质、出凝血时间、纤维蛋白原有无差异。【结果】脑瘫患儿治疗前、治疗后6、12个月血常规、肝肾功、电解质以及纤维蛋白原比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。凝血酶原时间和部分凝血酶原时间组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但比较各组该两项指标异常率均为0,故临床上认为其差异仍在正常范围内。【结论】人骨髓间充质干细胞治疗小儿脑瘫安全可行。

Clinical safety of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children

【Objective】To explore the safety of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in clinical treatment of cerebral palsy in children.【Methods】Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells was subarachnoid injected into 31 children with cerebral palsy.Blood routine,liver and kidney functions,electrolytes,bleeding and clotting times were determined before treatment,6 months after treatment,and 12 months after treatment and compared.【Results】No significant difference were found in the levels of blood routine,liver and kidney functions,electrolytes,fibrinogen before and after treatment（P〉0.05）.But significant difference were found in prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time after treatment,and 6 months after treatment（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Human bone marrow mesenchumal stem cells is safe for clinical treantment of cerebral palsy in children.
