针刺结合理疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

目的:观察比较针刺结合理疗和药物结合理疗治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效.方法:将82例患者随机分为针刺理疗组和药物理疗组,治疗2周.观察治疗前后颈性眩晕症状与功能评分以及椎动脉(C3～C6)内径的变化.结果:治疗组、对照组均能提高评分结果,增大椎动脉内径,差异均有显著性意义.但治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.01和P＜0.05).结论:针刺结合理疗能够显著改善椎动脉型颈椎病的临床症状,增大椎动脉内径,解除椎动脉的压迫,改善脑部血液循环.

The clinical observation of vertebral-artery-typed neckvertebral syndrome by acupuncture and phsical therapy

Objective: To compare the clinical effect of vertebral-artery-typed neck-vertebral syndrome by acupunctural & physical therapy to the effect by medication & physical therapy.Method: 82 patients were randomly classified into acupunctural & physical therapy group and medication & physical therapy group. Two weeks later vertebral dizziness, functional data and endo-pathway were measured and the result were compared to that before the therapy.Result: In both groups the functional data were increased and endo-pathways of vertebral artery were enlarged. The result of target group is better than control group, and the difference is significant.Conclusion: Acupunctural & physical therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptom of vertebral-artery-typed neck-vertebral syndrome, enlarge endo-pathway of vertebral artery, release vertebral artery pressure, and cerebral vascular circulation.
