| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜外科技术在治疗真菌性鼻鼻窦炎中的价值。方法对24例真菌性鼻鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜下手术治疗，彻底清除病灶，观察疗效并进行随访。结果随访6个月至1年，全部治愈，1例复发。结论鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎创伤小，可保全鼻窦生理功能治愈率高，复发率低是治疗该病较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect of endoscopic in surgical operation in fungal sinositis. Methods Treat 24 patients sufferd from fungal sinositis with surgical operation used endoscopic, and observe the effect. Result Follow-up within six months to one year, all have healed, only one relapsed. Conclusion Use the method of endoscopic in operation to fungal sinositis have minimally invasive, higher cure rate, lower relapse rate. It is practicable. |
