| 摘 要： | 目的了解青岛市低档次女性性工作者(FSW)艾滋病、梅毒感染状况,探索有效的干预模式,控制艾滋病性病的流行和蔓延。方法采用问卷调查方法收集信息,SPSS 15.0统计软件分析资料。结果 200名FSW的艾滋病防治知识知晓率为86.0%,最近一次与客人发生性行为时安全套使用率为74.0%,最近一个月内与客人发生性行为时每次都用安全套者仅占8.5%。63.0%的调查对象有溜冰行为(吸食新型毒品),溜冰后每次都使用安全套者仅占4.0%。检出梅毒阳性28人,检出率为14.0%;未检出HIV抗体阳性者。结论低档次FSW人群安全意识差,应加强对该人群的健康教育与行为干预力度,提高该人群安全套使用率。 |
