| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了了解补阳还五汤对大鼠脑缺血损伤的保护作用 ,采用大鼠前脑不全脑缺血模型观察了补阳还五汤对不完全性前脑缺血大鼠脑组织丙二醛 ( MDA )、乳酸脱氢酶 ( L DH)活性 ;红细胞免疫以及可能影响红细胞免疫功能的红细胞 MDA和过氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)的影响。结果 :补阳还五汤能拮抗脑缺血引起的红细胞 C3b RR降低、红细胞 ICR增高 ;能抑制脑缺血引起的红细胞 MDA生成 ,拮抗脑缺血引起的红细胞 SOD活性下降 ,并能抑制脑缺血后脑组织 MDA生成、增强脑组织 L DH活性。结论 :补阳还五汤对脑缺血后红细胞免疫功能有调节作用 ,对脑缺血后脑组织损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the protective effect of Buyanhuanwu Tang(BYHWT)on acute cerebral ischemia rat, immune function of RBC、 MDA content and activity of LDH in brain tissue were respectively detemined after BYHWT treatment in the acute cerebral ischemia model.Results: The experimental results showed that compared with indices of control group BYHWT increased RBC C 3b RR、 decreased RBC ICR, enhanced the activity of SOD in RBC and LDH in brain tissue, and inhibited MDA content in RBC and in brain tissue. Conclusion: BYHWT had the immunomodulatory effect on the immune function of RBC and the protective effect on brain tissue in acute cerebral ischemia rat. |
