摘    要:目的:探讨双重式PCR在检测缓慢细蚤带鼠疫菌的应用。方法:应用双重式聚合酶链反应(Pla-FI-PCR)技术,对感染鼠疫菌的30匹缓慢细蚤进行检验。结果:阳性29匹,阳性率为96.67%。结论:双重式聚合酶链反应适用于缓慢细蚤染带鼠疫菌的检测。

Abstract:Objecttive:To study the application of the double primers polymerase chain reaction(Pla-FI-PCR) for detecting the Yersinia pestis in Lptopsylla segnis.Methods:30 samples of Lptosylla segnis of infected plague was detected by the double primers(Pla-FI)PCR.Results:Of 30 samples of Lptopsylla segnis of infected plague,29 were positive,the positive rate was 96.6%.Conclusion:The double primers(Pla-FI) PCR can be applied for detecting the Yersinia pestis in Lptopsylla segnis.
