浅谈门诊护理安全质量管理

[目的]加强安全文化建设,规范护理行为,提高门诊护理质量。[方法]针对不安全因素,加强安全文化教育,提高安全文化素质;提高业务素质,防止差错事故发生;重视护患沟通,减少医疗纠纷;改善诊疗环境,优化流程,减少不安全因素;加大监管督察力度,消灭安全隐患。[结果]安全文化进入员工的潜意识,有效地自律护理行为;护理团队整体业务水平不断提高,为护理安全质量管理夯实了基础;掌握护患沟通技巧,基本做到门诊患者零投诉;合理布局,简化流程,有效地防止了院内意外的发生;严格的管理制度成为规范护理行为的他律准绳。[结论]随着法制不断健全,患者的法律意识及维权意识不断增强,促使护理人员要从法制高度认识职业的责任、权利及义务,规范护理行为,努力创造一个安全、舒适、高效的互相尊重、关爱病人的护理人文氛围。
