| 摘 要： | 目的采用SD大鼠建立卡氏肺孢子虫肺炎(Pneumocystis Carinii pneumonia,PCP)动物模型。方法 20只SD大鼠随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组皮下注射地塞米松2.5 mg/只,每周2次,对照组不给药。8周后,分别取肺组织,印片,Giemsa染色检查卡氏肺孢子虫滋养体和包囊。酚氯仿法提取大鼠肺组织DNA,LAMP法扩增卡氏肺孢子虫DNA。结果诱导后24 d大鼠出现死亡,28 d检获PC,32 d感染阳性率为86%(13/15);LAMP扩增出卡氏肺孢子虫特异DNA。结论成功诱导SD大鼠的PCP模型。 |
