摘    要:目的 研究不稳定性心绞痛(UA)患者内皮细胞的损伤和功能变化。方法 54例UA患者为实验组,54例健康人作为对照组,以循环内皮细胞(CEC)作为血管内皮损伤的指示物,血浆内皮素(ET-1)反映血管内皮的功能变化,动态测定患者在入院后48h内的血浆ET-1水平,CEC计数对照组同时测定。结果 实验组血浆ET-1和CEC均在UA早期4h就达峰值,明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.01),随后逐渐下降,48h

Abstract:Objective To investigate the endothelial injury and dysfunction in patients with unstable angina (UA). Methods Fifty-four UA patients were test group, and 54 normal person were compare group. Circulat- ing endothelial cells (CEC) were used as an endothelial injury indicator and the plasma level of endothelin (ET-1) as the functional marker of the vascular endothelial cells. Plasma ET-1 levels and the number of CEC were detected dynamically in 54 UA patients within 48 hours. Results Plasma ET-1 levels and the number of CEC in test group rose sharply after the onset of chest pain and reached a peak level after 4 hours, and were higher than that in compare group(P < 0.01), Then lowed gradually which were same as compare group after 48 hours. There were significant positive correlation between ET-1 and CEC in test group(P < 0.01 ). Conclusion The rapid increase of ET-1 and CEC in the early phase of UA may be index of the endothelial injury and dysfunction in patient with unstable angina.
