| 摘 要： | 目的:探索一种治疗偏头痛的方法。方法:100例偏头痛患者随机分为两组。观测组用头皮发际区排针法,对照组用传统循经取穴法。测定两组血浆ET和NO值。结果:治疗前后两组血浆ET和NO值改变差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗前后两组差值之差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头皮发际区排针法对于偏头痛患者具有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To search for a therapy for migraine.Methods:100 cases of migraine were randomly divided into 2 groups,a arranged needling one and a routine acupuncture one.Plasma endothelin(ET)and nitric oxide(NO) levels were examined before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,very significant changes in both groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05);The difference between two groups with plasma ET and NO level had significant meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arranged needling in the hairline regions of the scalp is an effective therapy for migraine. |
