针刺镇痛与大鼠全脑cAMP和cGMP含量变化之间的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨针刺镇痛与脑cAMP和cGMP含量变化之间的关系。方法:运用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定大鼠电针前后,全脑组织中cAMP和cGMP含量的变化。结果:电针30min提高大鼠痛阈的同时,使全脑cAMP含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:中枢环核苷酸可能参与针刺镇痛。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between acupuncture analgesia and the contents of cAMP & cGMP in the whole brain of rats. Methods: The contents of cAMP & cGMP rats before and after electroacupuncture(EA) were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The content of cAMP in the whole brain of rats is lowered remarkably (P<0.05) while the threshold of pain arises after EA for 30 minutes. Conclusion: The central cyclic nucleotides may probably participate in acupuncture analgesia.
