中老年女性的口腔粘膜病损与社会心理因素关系的研究

目的：研究口腔粘膜病的发生与心理、社会因素的关系。方法：采用艾森克个性问卷及自制问表格,对60例中老年女性口腔粘膜病患者和30例对照者的心理、社会因素进行了回顾性调查。结果：患者组精神质、内外向、情绪稳定性与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）;其负性情绪、负性生活事件的发生率明显高于对照组。结论：中老年女性口腔粘膜病的发生和发展受诸多因素共同影响,常规治疗应与心理治疗相结合。

Relationship between Oral Mucosal Lesions in Middle-old age Women and Socio-Psychological Factors

Objective: Research the relationship between hemorrheology and socio psychology of middle old age woman with oral mucosal diseases. Methods: Of the 60 patients with oral mucosal diseases were studied by personality survey and self made inquiring list. Results: The results demonstrated that the effectiveness of the negative spirit and incidents was higher than those of the contrast; spirit unsteady were significantly leduced ( P <0 05). Conclusion: This results suggested that pathogenesis of middle old age woman with oral mucosal diseases is involved in many factors and should combine the normal treatment with psychological treatment.;
