护理干预对高血压患者用药依从性的效果评价

目的 探讨护理干预对高血压患者药物治疗依从性影响.方法 对2012年3月-2012年12月在南阳医专一附院心内二科住院的高血压患者260例的临床资料进行了回顾性分析,并对全部患者在常规护理的基础上给予了护理干预,比较分析护理干预前后患者的依从性.结果 护理干预前,高血压患者的依从性优、良、差分别为16.00％、35.83％、48.42％,护理干预后高血压患者的依从性优、良、差分别为36.48％、44.95％、18.56％.干预后患者的依从性显著优于干预前,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 护理干预能有效的提高高血压患者自我保健的意识,提高患者的治疗积极性,能积极主动的配合治疗,提高治疗依从性.

The effect of nursing intervention for patients with high blood pressure medication compliance evaluation

Objective to study the nursing intervention on the medication compliance of patients with high blood pressure. Methods From March 2012 to December 2012 in nanyang medical college YiFuYuan heart two families, the clinical data of 260 cases of hypertension patients in hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and on the basis of conventional nursing care to all patients given nursing intervention, the comparative analysis before and after the nursing intervention in patients with compliance.Results Before nursing intervention, the compliance of hypertension patients excellent, good and bad are 16.00%, 35.83% and 16.00% respectively, the compliance of hypertension patients after nursing intervention, good and bad are 36.48%, 44.95% and 36.48% respectively. Intervention after the compliance of patients was superior to that of before intervention, with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve hypertension patients self health care consciousness,improve the treatment of patients with enthusiasm, can actively cooperate with treatment, improve the treatment adherence.
