| 摘 要： | 目的:了解蒿芩清胆汤对湿热型黄疸的退黄作用,并探讨其退黄机理.方法:用CCl4造成小鼠进行急性肝损伤,模拟人体肝细胞性黄疸模型,设正常组、病理组、蒿芩清胆汤大、中、小、剂量治疗组及思美泰治疗组.结果:表明蒿芩清胆汤具有护肝降酶,利胆退黄的作用.结论:蒿芩清胆汤是治疗湿热型黄疸的有效方荆. |

| Abstract: | Objective: To know the function of recedng hot and damp jaundice of HaoqinQingdan Decoction and approach its recedng jaundice mechanism.Method: use CCl4: to cause acute liver damage on mice,to simulate human body hepatocellula rjaundice model.Normal group,pathologic group,HaoqinQingdan Deciction low,mid,high dose therapy groups and Simeitai therapy groups.Result: The results showed HaoqinQingdan Deciction has the function of protecting liver and reducing enzyme and receding jaundice.Conclusion: HaoqinQingda... |
