| 摘 要： | 目的加强护士执业道德教育,提升基础护理服务质量。方法护理部通过几个阶段的护理伦理学教育,将护理服务由被动规范转向主动完善。结果1年来未出现因护士态度问题引发的投诉与纠纷,患者满意率83.9%、较满意率16.1%,病区护理质量明显提高。结论加强护士伦理教育,引导护士执业自律是一种较好的质量管理方法,有利于提高患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Object To enhance professional ethics education of nurses, and improve the serve quality of basic nursing. Method The following are greatly suggested by nurse department: to respect patients' life, health, rights, and requirement, and to do the right things at the very beginning and provide kindheartedness and safe, high-quality, efficient technical serve during the basic nursing proctice. Result There were no dispute and complaint about nurse's attitude during the latest one year. The satisfaction rate from patients is 100%(perfect satisfaction 83.9%, general satisfaction 16.1%). The nursing quality in wards has been improved. Conclusion It is a good quality management method to enhance nurse's professional ethics and suggest self-discipline which is helpful to increase patients' satisfaction. |
