小针刀扩新术治疗骨不连的临床观察

目的评价小针刀微骨折扩新术治疗骨不连的临床疗效。方法 26例胫骨、肱骨骨不连患者运用小针刀于骨折断端进行剥离,形成新的骨创面,利用外固定支架固定,术后指导患者进行功能康复训练。结果术后随访,20例骨不连患者治愈,愈合时间4~6个月,5例好转,1例无效。结论小针刀扩新术治疗骨不连是一种疗效好、副作用小、操作简单的有效方法,初步应用临床疗效满意,容易被医师和患者接受,具有临床推广价值。

Clinical study of akupotomye extensive therapy on 26 patients with nonunion

Objective To evaluate the effect of akupotomye extensive therapy minimally invasive micro-fracture for nonunion.Method 26 patients with nonunion of tibia and humerus were stripped the end of fractures with akupotomye to form a new fracture,fixed with external fixation and guided to do exercise for limbs functional training.Results With the followed-up,20 patients with nonunion were cured.the healing time was 4～6 months,5 improved and 1 invalid.Conclusions The akupotomye therapy for nonunion of the tibia and humerus is effective therapy with good effect,nearly no side effects and simple operation,which is accepted easily by doctors and patients.
