| 摘 要： | 目的：了解恩平市农村已婚育龄妇女生殖健康状况及患病率,为开展生殖健康优质服务提供依据。方法：对2009年2月～2010年12月进行妇科病普查的7 860例农村已婚妇女情况进行分析。结果：妇科疾病的总患病率为67.20%（乳腺疾病不在此次普查之内）,患病率从高到低依次为宫颈疾病（36.45%）、阴道疾病（20.85%）、盆腔炎症（7.07%）、妇科肿瘤（包括卵巢肿瘤、子宫肌瘤）（2.33%）、外阴疾病（0.50%）,不同年龄组妇女患病率不同。结论：农村已婚育龄妇女妇科疾病患病率高,生殖健康知识贫乏,应加强对农村妇女生殖健康知识的宣传教育,提供高质量的计划生育服务,加强其自我保健意识。通过定期妇科疾病普查,做到疾病的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗,从而提高妇女生殖健康水平和生活质量。
