盐藻素抗氧化及对血清内皮素和肿瘤坏死因子的影响

摘    要:
目的研究盐藻素对亚健康人群抗氧化作用和对血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法共收集亚健康患者72例,分为2组,一组给予盐藻素(35例),另一组给予番茄红素(37例),测定两组患者的抗氧化指标、血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子等,分析上述指标前后变化。结果盐藻素组血清C-反应蛋白降低、肿瘤坏死因子升高,与对照组差异无统计学意义;MDA降低程度、GSH—PX升高程度,与对照组比较差异具统计学意义。结论盐藻素可降低C-反应蛋白、升高肿瘤坏死因子、有明显的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:
