| 摘 要： | 目的研究盐藻素对亚健康人群抗氧化作用和对血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子的影响。方法共收集亚健康患者72例，分为2组，一组给予盐藻素（35例），另一组给予番茄红素（37例），测定两组患者的抗氧化指标、血清内皮素、C-反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子等，分析上述指标前后变化。结果盐藻素组血清C-反应蛋白降低、肿瘤坏死因子升高，与对照组差异无统计学意义；MDA降低程度、GSH—PX升高程度，与对照组比较差异具统计学意义。结论盐藻素可降低C-反应蛋白、升高肿瘤坏死因子、有明显的抗氧化作用。 |
