| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆内脏脂肪素和脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白浓度与冠心病的关系。方法经冠状动脉造影选取120例患者，用病变血管支数表示冠状动脉病变程度，酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血浆内脏脂肪素和脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白浓度。结果血浆内脏脂肪素和脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白浓度在冠心病组高于非冠心病组（P〈0．05），在冠心病组双支病变高于单支病变（P〈0．05），三支病变明显高于双支病变和单支病变（P〈0．05）。结论血浆内脏脂肪素和脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白可能成为预测人类冠心病及冠状动脉病变程度的有用指标。 |
