参姜锁阳益气片的小鼠急性毒性实验研究

目的：观察参姜锁阳益气片的小鼠急性毒性反应。方法：取40只小鼠分别按体重随机分为给药组（20只）和溶媒对照组（20只）,进行急性毒性观察,给药组灌胃给予参姜锁阳益气溶液,溶媒对照组灌胃给予去离子水,当日上、下午各给药1次,最大给药容积均为50.0 ml/kg。给药后观察14 d。结果：两组动物给药观察14 d后,均未见明显异常。动物第1、7及14 d体重均有所增加,且两组增长幅度相近。14 d后小鼠处死,经剖检肉眼观察未见异常。结论：参姜锁阳益气片（40.0 g/kg,相当于正常人用药量的1 200倍剂量）灌胃给药对小鼠的毒性较小,即该药对小鼠的MTD〉40.0 g/kg,可作为一种安全的药物制剂应用于临床。

Experimental study on acute toxicity of Shenjiangsuoyangyiqi tables in mice
