基于糖尿病动物模型对盐酸小檗碱辅助治疗糖尿病的评价

摘    要:目的 探讨盐酸小檗碱辅助治疗糖尿病的作用。方法采用尾静脉注射链尿菌素复制糖尿病小鼠模型,测定其空腹血糖、血清胆固醇、血清甘油三酯及TNF—α的变化情况。结果MH及BH+MH两组均能显著性降低糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖、血清胆固醇、血清甘油三酯及TNF—α;BH+MH组与MH组比较,BH+MH组降低空腹血糖的幅度更大,在降脂及TNF-α方面有显著性差异(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论盐酸小檗碱具有一定的辅助治疗糖尿病的作用。

Hydrochloric Acid in Diabetic Animal Models Based on the Evaluation of Berberis Adjuvant Treatment of Diabetes

Abstract:Objective Berberine the role of adjuvant treatment of diabetes. Methods Urine tail vein injection of streptozotocin diabetic mice model of replication to determine their fasting blood glucose, serum cholesterol, serum triglycerides and changes in TNF- α Results MH and BH + MH group were significantly reduced to diabetes, fasting plasma glucose, serum cholesterol, serum triglycerides and TNF-α; BH + MH group and the MH group, BH + MH group magnitude lower fasting blood glucose more, TNF- α in lipid and there was significant difference ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Berberine has a supporting role in the treatment of diabetes.
