| 摘 要： | 目的探讨健康教育对孕妇分娩结局及效果的影响，寻找更合理的产前健康教育方法。方法选择我院2008年1月～2010年1月待产的孕产妇共100例，对其中50例孕产妇进行产前健康教育（教育组），另50例患者不作任何宣教，只进行常规分娩（常规组），比较两组患者的分娩结局和分娩效果。结果教育组的各项指标如镇痛效果、分娩时间、阴道产率均优于常规组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论产妇在产前接受科学有效的健康教育有利于促进分娩时产程的进展，明显降低剖官产率和产时的疼痛感，有效改善了产妇的分娩过程，值得临床推广使用。 |
