咪唑安定复合芬太尼辅助局部麻醉的临床研究

目的采用不同配伍剂量的咪唑安定复合芬太尼药物组合用于局部麻醉镇静，观察其对循环和呼吸系统的影响、镇静效果及不良反应，以确定这两种药物的最佳组合，为临床应用这种镇静方法提供依据和参考。方法将400例患者随机平均分为4组，分别采用不同剂量的咪唑安定和芬太尼组合，观察用药后各项监测指标情况。结果4组患者的平均动脉压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度均有不同程度的下降，OAA／S评分均降低，4组患者均有较高的遗忘发生率。各组患者的并发症发生率无差异。结论合适剂量的咪唑安定复合芬太尼对局部麻醉患者进行镇静，具有镇静效果好、遗忘率高、对循环及呼吸功能的影响轻微、术后并发症较少的优点，是理想的辅助用药。
