针灸治疗单纯性肥胖取穴规律的临床研究*

[目的]探讨针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的取穴规律。[方法]建立Excel数据库,对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)近20年来发表的针灸治疗单纯性肥胖的文献进行整理分析。[结果]纳入分析的文献共158篇,统计得出使用频次最多的腧穴为三阴交、足三里、天枢、丰隆、中脘等,在所选用经脉中以胃经、脾经、任脉、膀胱经为主;选用腧穴多集中在胸腹部,募穴、合穴、下合穴为使用频次最多的特定穴。[结论]针灸治疗单纯性肥胖病安全、有效,以胃经、脾经、任脉、膀胱经腧穴为主。

Research on rules of selecting points in treating simple obesity with acupuncture and moxibustion

[Objective] To explore the rules of selecting points in treating simple obesity with acupuncture and moxibustion.[Methods] The database of excel was set up and the literatures about treatment of simple obesity by acupuncture in Chinese Journal Full-text Database were cleaned up and analyzed.[Results] According to the selecting standard 158 modern literatures were included.The most used points are as follow: Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Tianshu,Fenglong,Zhongwan etc.;In the selected channel the Stomach meridian,Spleen meridian,Ren meridian and Bladder channels are used mostly;The selected acupoint are mostly located on the the chest or the abdomen.Mu point,He point and lower-confluent point are the specific points with the most used frequency.[Conclusion] Acupuncture is a safe and effective approach for treating simple obesity.The selected points are mainly come from the Stomach,Spleen,Ren and Bladder channels.
