| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工膝关节置换的适应证、疗效。方法对2006～2009年施行的403例人工膝关节置换临床资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果 403例中,优283例,良82例,可31例,差7例,优良率90%。结论人工膝关节置换是治疗膝关节病的有效方法;严格按适应证选择病例,规范置换操作及系统地康复训练,可获得满意疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the indication and effect of total knee arthroplasty.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on clinical materials of 403 cases with severe knee joint diseases who underwent TKA.Results The effect was evaluated with HSS Knee sure,and it was excellent in 283 cases,good in 82,fair in 31 and poor in 7,the excellent and good rate was 90%.Conclusion TKA is an efficient method of treating severe knee joint diseases.Satisfactory effect can be obtained in cases selected strictly according to indication,by regulating operation and training systematically. |
