| 奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效。方法入选的肝硬化上消化道出血患者均为我院2008年1月～2010年1月住院患者，根据治疗方法不同随机分为观察组（奥曲肽）和对照组（基础治疗）各30例，比较两组的临床疗效及止血效果。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，止血时间明显短于对照组，48h再出血率明显低于对照组，且并发症的发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论奥曲肽治疗肝硬化上消化道出血疗效确切，并发症少，是理想的治疗药物之一，适于临床广泛推广和应用。 |
