| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对疱疹性咽峡炎患儿进行CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋淋巴细胞和IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4检测的临床意义。方法本研究检测30例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿外周血CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋淋巴细胞和IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3、C4的含量变化，并和30例健康儿童比较。结果疱疹性咽峡炎患儿组与健康儿童组比较，CD3＋．CD8＋明显增高（P〈0．05），CD4＋及CD4＋／CD8＋比值均明显降低（P〈0．01），IgG、IgA、IgM含量均明显降低（p〈0.01），补体C3、C4的含量无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论疱疹性咽峡炎患儿存在细胞免疫和体液免疫失调，血清免疫球蛋白的降低可能与辅助诱导性T细胞亚群（CD4＋）的减少和T抑制细胞（CD8＋）数量增多和（或）功能不足有关。
