| 摘 要： | 目的探讨造血干细胞移植后早期感染的临床特点。方法对36例2001年1月至2010年7月接受造血干细胞移植患者的临床资料进行分析。结果共有31例(86.1%)患者在移植后出现感染。移植早期感染种类以细菌为主,其中革兰氏阴性菌71.4%,阳性菌23.8%。感染部位以呼吸道感染为首位,占54.1%,其次是口腔黏膜、胃肠道、皮肤等,未发现感染病灶者3例。合并急性移植物抗宿主病者感染的发生率与未合并者比较差异无统计学意义。结论造血干细胞移植早期感染的发生率非常高,以革兰氏阴性菌为主,合理使用抗菌药物、预防真菌感染等是防治造血干细胞移植患者早期感染的重要措施。 |
