| 摘 要： | 目的观察光明亮睛散治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性的疗效。方法确诊为年龄相关性黄斑变性患者100例170只眼,分成实验组50例82只眼,对照组50例88只眼。实验组采用光明亮睛散专病专方治疗,对照组采用VitC、VitE、葡萄糖酸锌治疗。观察治疗前后对患者的视力、眼底照相、荧光素眼底血管造影检查情况。结果实验组显效12眼,有效45眼,无效25眼,总有效率69.5%结论应用光明亮睛散治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性有较好的效果,可显著提高视功能 |

| Abstract: | Objetive Observation of curative effect of Guangmingliangjingsan in treatment of age-related macular degeneration（AMD）. Methods 100 eases （170 eyes） with AMD were divided randomly as Experimental group （50 eases 82 eyes） and control group （50 eases 88 eyes）. Experimental group was treated with Guangmingliangjingsan. VitC, VitE, zinc glueonate was used in control group. Visual acuity and alteration fundus lesions were observed in pre- and post-treatment in the two groups. Result It was obvious effective in 12 eyes, Effective in 45 eye, and invalid in 25 eyes in Experimental group. Total effective rate was 69.5%. Conclusions Application of Guangmingliangjingsan in treatment of AMD has better effects, may significantly improve visual function. |
