| 摘 要： | 目的 应用ＲＯＷ诊断婴幼儿缺铁。方法 以ＺＰＰ为指标,将不同年龄组的３０６例婴幼儿分为正常组和缺铁组,分别计算ＲＤＷ的分布及敏感性、特异性、ＲＯＣ曲线和拟然比。结果 缺铁和非缺铁之间的ＲＤＷ分布差异具有显著意义,推荐参考值为４２天组〈０．１４８;６月组≤０．１３７;１岁以上≤０．１４０,３个年龄组的阳性拟然比为２．４、５．６、９．１,阴性拟然比为０．６８、０．３９、０．１７。结论 ＲＤＷ对６个月以

| Abstract: | Objective Application for RDW diagnosis iron deficiency infant. Methods According to the criterion of ZPP divided 306 young children cases into 2 groups, one for normal, another iron deficiency. Calculation RDW distribution, sensitivity, speciality, ROC curve and imitate ratio, respectively. Results Compared with non iron deficiency, the decrease(or increase) of iron deficiency had significance ( P <0.05). Suggested reference range of RDW were <0.148 in children aged 42 days, 6 months <0.137, older than 1 year <0.140. The positive imitative ratio of 3 groups were 2.4, 5.6 9.1, negative 0.68 0.39,0.17, respectively. Conclusions It is valuable for RDW the index diagnosis of iron deficiency on 6 months older |
