| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）表达和涎腺腺癌血管生成的关系。方法 免疫组化检测涎腺腺癌COX-2、诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）、血管内皮生长因（VEGF）表达，并测定肿瘤微血管密度（MVD）。结果 涎腺腺癌COX-2表达与VEGF、iNOS表达密切相关（P〈0．05）。涎腺腺癌COX-2表达阳性组和阴性组MVD差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 涎腺腺癌COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成有关，iNOS和VEGF可能参与COX-2对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between COX-2 expression and angiogenesis in salivary gland adenocarcinoma.Methods The COX-2 expression,iNOS and VEGF expression,MVD were evalulated by immunohistochemical method.Results There was significant difference of MVD between COX-2 postive salivary gland adenocarcinoma and negative ones(P<0.01).The expressions of COX-2 significantly positively correlated with iNOS,VEGF in salivary gland adenocarcinomas.Conclusion The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX-2 and angiogenesis in salivary gland adenocarcinoma,partly attributing to the effect of VEGF and iNOS. |
