逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折

目的 探讨总结逆行股骨交锁髓内钉内固定股骨髁上、髁间以及合并股骨髁上、髁间骨折的多段股骨骨折.结合CPM治疗的临床效果.方法 采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗37例股骨远端骨折,术后早期进行伤肢CPM锻炼.结果 37例随访6-18个月,平均10个月,骨折在6-10.5个月内愈合,膝关节功能恢复良好,优良率93%.结论 逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上、髁间骨折及合并髁上、髁间骨折的多段骨折,具有手术操作简单、安全、固定可靠、骨折端稳定性高、手术后不需要石膏固定、可进行伤肢CPM早期锻炼、防止膝关节粘连、并发症少、骨折愈合快特点,是一种治疗股骨髁上、髁间及合并股骨干多段骨折的比较理想的治疗方法.

Treatment of distal femoral fracture with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and CPM for distal femoral fractures. Methods The retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails were used for 37 cases of fractures of the distal femur. Early CPM was began within 72h after operation. Results 37 cases were followed up for 6-10.5 months, lOmonths on average. The time of bone healing was 6-10.5 months. The knee function recovered well with excellent and good rate of 93%. Conclusions Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails can ensure intrinsic stability with simple procedures. CPM can be used early after opeation to ensure quick fractures healing and have fewer complications. It is an optiman measures for fractures of distal femur.
