| 摘 要： | 目的探讨银杏黄酮甙对糖尿病肾病的疗效及其机制。方法48只糖尿病大鼠随机分为对照组,糖尿病组,及治疗组,治疗组给予银杏黄酮甙(银杏叶片)6.2mg/kg·d,每日一次灌胃,于6、10周观察结果。结果糖尿病大鼠血浆内皮素-1、P选择素及24h尿白蛋白排泄率较正常组明显增加,治疗组与糖尿病组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论银杏黄酮甙可降低血浆内皮素-1、P-选择素的水平,减少尿蛋白的排出,对糖尿病肾脏有保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Ginkgo Flavonol on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Forty-eight diabetic rats were randomly divided into the controls, the diabetic rats group and treatment group, the treatment group was treated with Ginkgo Flavonol 6.2mg/kg.d, one time a day 6 weeks and 10 weeks after the treatment with Ginkgo Flavonol. Blood glucose, serum Endothelin- 1, Platelet Membrane P-selectin, and urine albumin excretion rate(UAER) were examined in every group. Result Serum Endothelin - 1, Platelet Membrane P - selectin, and UAER in diabetic rats were progressively higher than that of the control group, treatment group was lower than that of the diabetic group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo Flavonol is useful for early diabetic nephropathy through lowering blood Endothelin- 1, Platelet Membrane P-selectin, and decerasing urine abbumin excretion rate (UAER). |
