非溃疡性消化不良的胃运动功能改变

目的：利用试验餐和放射性核素显像研究非溃疡性消化不良（ＮＵＤ）患者的胃运动功能。方法：将９９ｍＴｃ－植酸钠６ＭＢｑ加入黑芝麻糊粉８０ｇ，受试者３分钟内服下，然后以全胃为感兴趣区，行放射性核素显像，得胃排空曲线，计算１５、３０、４５、６０和９０分钟胃排空率。结果：ＮＵＤ患者服试验餐后，６０和９０分钟胃排空率明显低于对照组。以低于正常值ｘ±ｓ为标准，则４９／６０例ＮＵＤ病人胃排空功能异常。促动力型药物吗丁啉和Ｈ受体阻滞剂雷尼替了对治疗ＮＵＤ的效果无明显差异，而吗丁啉对胃排空率降低者的疗效优于胃排空率正常者。结论：用自然餐进行胃排空研究能较好反映胃的功能，对ＮＵＤ的治疗有一定指导意义。

THE CHANGE OF GASTRIC MOBILITY IN NONULCER DYSPEPSIA PATIENTS

PURPOSE Gastric mobility function was studied in nonulcer dySpepsia (NUD) by test meal and radionuclide imaging.METHODS 80g black Zhe Mo gel containing 99mTc-phytate 6MBq was ingested within 3 minutes.Gastric imaging was performed immediately.Gastric emptying curve and the emptying rate in 15.30.45.60 and 90 minutes were obtained from ROI of whole stomach respectively.RESULTS The emptying rates of NUD at 60 and 90 minutes after the experimental meal were significantly lower than that of normal controls.49 out of 60 NUD patients had abnormal gastric emptying function either with an emptying rate higher or lower than of the normal value.No difference between the effects of ranitidinum and domperidone was detected as the patients were divided into groups with normal and abnormal emptying rate.The therapeutic effect of domperidone was significantly better for patients with lower emptying rate.CONCLUSION Emptying study with natural test meal can well reflect gastric emptying function and has a significant role for evaluating the therapy of NUD.
